We currently deliver across Pakistan, including all major cities and most serviceable areas.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are:
- Major Cities: 2–4 business days
- Remote Areas: 3–5 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
We may also offer Free Shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (where available), allowing you to track your shipment.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) in most locations across Pakistan. COD availability depends on the courier's service coverage.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the package, our customer support team may contact you to arrange a re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Include your order number and photos (if applicable) so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
